The staff were excellent and the services were amazing. I was there for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with a huge buffet both at breakfast and at dinner. It overlooked mountain and had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Stunning views, attentive service, and beautiful colonial architecture create a truly memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond when I fell ill, providing exceptional care and even offering to take me to the hospital. While the food was a bit bland, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club for a relaxing getaway. The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful ambiance surrounded by nature. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The highlight of my stay was the romantic and relaxing experience of having a fire lit in the chimney every night. The hotel offered a variety of activities, including horseback riding, visiting the animal orphanage, and nature walks. The staff, especially Max and the front office and service team, were friendly and excellent. it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, with a lovely set menu. The hotel offered a variety of activities, including a maze, swimming pool, and organized trips.

We enjoyed horseback riding in the conservancy, visiting the animal orphanage, and going on a nature walk. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.
